Nature is amazing, its beauty soothes the soul. Many poems have been written, illustrations have been painted on canvas, all in an attempt to capture its beauty. This poem is one of those attempts to describe it though my vocabulary is short, but out of amazement I’d tried…

The sun arose with his golden crown. The mountains soar up to kiss the sky. The leaves offered their graceful dance. Green carpet spread and covers the ground.

The sea waves sang a song of love, Crystal clear water gently hugged the rocks, While dancing lilies were clapping their hands,Awaits to be kissed with their lovers around.

Word descriptions may not good enough. To illustrate wonders that captivated my heart, The zeal inside me to catch them in canvas, Burning like a fire, needs to be satisfied.

But how brushes and paints be able to capture,Just a glimpse or portion of the nature’s grandeur, That even the greatest artists ever known, Failed to perfectly caught this wondrous creation.

In my own humble way, these were how I’ve pinned it, Though my hand’s not expert and techniques not skilled, But my heart was amazed, and I’d like to express, The awe inside of me on what God created. – by Rhodenia Cunanan.

The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭19:1‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
